Billogram — Product Designer
2017–2025 · Stockholm, Sweden
I joined Billogram as a UI Designer in the payment team and gradually grew into a Product Designer working across the full product. During seven years, I designed experiences for invoice recipients and business users across payments, automatic payments, digital and printed invoices, creditor administration, support, internationalisation and the design system.
My work evolved from interface design into broader UX ownership: defining problems, planning and conducting research, mapping journeys and states, prototyping, testing, collaborating with data and following implementation with engineers.
Selected areas:
Payment experiences across methods, devices and payment states
Autogiro and recurring-payment activation
Digital and printed invoice journeys
International expansion into European markets
Admin and creditor tools with complex invoice states
Design-system foundations and accessibility
Research, analytics and iterative product improvements
Greenely — UI/UX Designer
2015–2017 · Stockholm, Sweden
At Greenely, I designed IOS, Android and web experiences that helped people understand their household energy consumption. Energy data can be abstract and difficult to act on, so the work focused on turning it into clear visualisations, comparisons and practical feedback.
This role gave me my foundation in digital product design and close collaboration with product and engineering. It also strengthened my interest in making complex information approachable through thoughtful interaction and visual design.
